Included on the one plan

Counsellor

From the enquiry to the roadmap.

The practice, not a spreadsheet beside the sessions.

  1. Leads and the call log

On a counselling practice, an enquiry is a lead and a conversation is a call on that lead. You see who is waiting, who was spoken to, and what was agreed. The log stays on the practice. It is not a notebook next to the sessions. This is the advisory practice, on the same plan, not a second product.

  2. Demo and session booking

A family books a demo or a session onto the calendar. The slot, the person, and the record are the same object. You are not confirming a time in a chat and then creating the meeting somewhere else.

  3. Intake

Intake is the Blue Print assessment at the start of the engagement. The answers sit on the student, so the first session begins from what the family already told you. You are not re-asking it from a form that lives in email.

  4. Roadmap and milestones

The roadmap is the plan the student and the parent can open: sessions, milestones, and what comes next. You update it. They see the same page. Progress is not a paragraph you rewrite in a report each month.

  5. Quarterly reviews

A review is a check-in on that roadmap. What moved, what stalled, and what the next quarter is for. It is stored on the student, so the following review starts from the last one instead of from memory.

  6. Mentor match

Mentor match recommends a tutor for the student from the people on the practice. It is a recommendation, not an automatic enrolment. You still decide who teaches them.

  7. Campaigns and webinars

A campaign is how the practice talks to a list: a webinar, an outreach, a follow-up to people who enquired. It runs from the leads you already have. Pathshala does not supply the audience.

  8. Fees and the payment gateway

You set the counselling fee. Families pay you. India collects on Razorpay. Everywhere else, on Stripe. Pathshala’s platform fee is the rate shown in Fee Settings, plus the gateway’s processing fee. When Fee Settings shows 0%, no platform fee is charged. There is no commission on the fee you charge.

  9. Maya for follow-ups and parent updates

Maya drafts the follow-up and the note home from the session and the record. You send it. She does not invent a status the practice does not have. On the website and the app she is included. WhatsApp delivery is the Maya+ add-on.

  10. Branded practice site

Families land on your name: your logo, your colours, yourname.pathshala.co or a domain you already own. The practice looks like a practice. The platform is the desk behind the door.
