Pathshala OS

Go to pathshala.co/pathshalaos and click Get Started. Choose a plan and billing cycle, then enter your institute name and a URL slug. You'll be taken to Stripe Checkout to complete payment (the Solo plan is free). Your portal is live immediately after signup.

Solo (Free): 1 tutor, 20 students, core scheduling. Grow ($29/mo or $39/mo): 1 tutor, 100 students, live classes, attendance, scheduling. Institute ($79/mo or $99/mo): 10 tutors, 500 students, white-label branding, custom domain, 20 hrs/mo recording. Scale ($149/mo or $199/mo): 25 tutors, 1,000 students, 40 hrs/mo recording, API access. Enterprise: unlimited everything, SSO/SAML, dedicated account manager.

From your admin dashboard, go to People → Tutors or Students. Add them individually or upload a CSV for bulk enrollment. Each person receives a magic-link email to set up their account within your institute.

An add-on that generates full courses from your materials — including syllabus, lesson plans, quizzes, assignments, and exam papers. It's available as an add-on on Grow and Institute plans, included for up to 100 students on Scale, and bundled on Enterprise.

Institute plans include 20 hrs/mo of recording, Scale includes 40 hrs/mo. Usage beyond your allowance is billed at $3.50/hr. You can enable or disable overage consent from your Account settings. The Solo and Grow plans do not include recording.

Yes, on Institute plans and above. Go to Organization → Branding to upload your logo, set your colors and fonts. Custom domain setup is available under Organization → Configuration.

Go to Dashboard → Account. You'll see your current plan, Stripe subscription status, payment method, and a full invoice history. You can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method from this page.
