Pathshala OS

Go to pathshala.co/pathshalaos and click Get Started. Choose a plan and billing cycle, then enter your institute name and a URL slug. You'll be taken to Stripe Checkout to complete payment (the Solo plan is free). Your portal is live immediately after signup.

Solo (Free): 1 tutor, 50 students, live classes (no AI Course Builder). Starter ($29/mo billed annually): 1 tutor, 200 students, AI Course Builder (Basic, 5 courses), live classes (no cloud recording). Institute ($59/mo billed annually): 15 tutors, 1,000 students, compliance, white-label, custom domain, unlimited AI courses, 20 hrs/mo session recording. Scale ($129/mo billed annually): 50 tutors, 5,000 students, priority + onboarding support, 40 hrs/mo session recording. Enterprise: unlimited capacity, custom integrations, dedicated account manager.

From your admin dashboard, go to People → Tutors or Students. Add them individually or upload a CSV for bulk enrollment. Each person receives a magic-link email to set up their account within your institute.

AI Course Builder is available on Starter and above. Starter includes Basic access with a 5-course limit; Institute and above get unlimited generation. Enable it from your institute Features settings if not already on.

Institute plans include 20 hrs/mo of recording, Scale includes 40 hrs/mo. Usage beyond your allowance is billed at $3.50/hr. You can enable or disable overage consent from your Account settings. Solo and Starter plans do not include a recording allowance.

Yes, on Institute plans and above. Go to Organization → Branding to upload your logo, set your colors and fonts. Custom domain setup is available under Organization → Configuration.

Go to Dashboard → Account. You'll see your current plan, Stripe subscription status, payment method, and a full invoice history. You can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method from this page.
