Official Rules

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Pathshala Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Suite 1382, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States ("Sponsor" or "Pathshala").

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Pathshala Inc. and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins on June 9, 2026 and ends on June 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period closes will not be accepted.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, visit pathshala.co/wc26 during the Entry Period and complete the following steps:

1. Create a free Pathshala account (or sign in to an existing account).
2. Provide your phone number.
3. Select the national team you predict will win the 2026 World Cup.
4. Accept these Official Rules and submit your entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Entrants may earn additional entries when friends join Pathshala using their personal referral link and complete registration (including email verification). Sharing is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win.

Each verified friend who registers through your link earns you one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of five (5) bonus entries per entrant (six total entries including your base prediction entry).

After the 2026 World Cup Final, the Sponsor will identify all entrants who correctly predicted the winning national team. If one or more entrants predicted correctly, one (1) winner will be selected at random from among the correct predictions. If no entrant predicted the correct winner, the Sponsor will select one (1) winner at random from all eligible entries.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the accuracy of predictions. The Sponsor's decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding.

One (1) winner will receive One Hundred United States Dollars (US $100.00), paid via electronic transfer or check at the Sponsor's discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize value is below the US $600 threshold for IRS Form 1099 reporting; however, the winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the World Cup Final. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

Please ensure the email address on your Pathshala account is accurate and monitored. The Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used for Giveaway administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment. By entering, you consent to receive promotional emails from Pathshala; you may unsubscribe at any time.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any football governing body, confederation, national football association, or broadcaster. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), WhatsApp, or any other social media platform. Entrants release all such platforms from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical malfunctions, human error, or any other errors or problems in connection with the Giveaway.
